In-form Evans takes out stableford game

LAST week the lady golfers played a stableford game.

Janine Evans took out the event whith Marg Naseby runner-up.

The ball competition was won by Carolyn Martin.

Meanwhile, Fay Schliebs and Cath Callaghan took home the raffle of the day.

In the nine-hole competition Grace McCalman was the

winner and Elaine Gorey the runner up.

Coming up for the golfers is the Jerilderie mixed tournament this Saturday and the Jerilderie Open tournament on Sunday.

On May 10, there will be a pennants game between Griffith and Leeton.

On Thursday, May 13 the RLGA Foursomes will be played in Narrandera.

Next Tuesday the lady golfers will play a stableford game, after which a meeting to be held.
