COLEAMBALLY Netball Club travelled to Henty at the weekend for round four of the season.
The Netta team played a consistent game with all girls putting in a good effort.
The player of the week was Annie Paining, who worked hard finding spaces and passing well. Sarah Graham played well for her first game of netball.
The Mods had a great game going down by just one goal.
Ella Painting was best on ground for her consistent effort through out the centre court.
The ever-reliable Hannah Buchanan and Molly Young also played a strong game.
At three-quarter time Coly was down nine goals to two and was able to fight back, going down by just one.
The juniors played hard all game, but were unable to match the tall girls from Henty.
The standout players were Megan Hayes and Chloe Buchanan.
The Coly girls realise they need to work more on their teamwork and have committed to an extra half hour of training on Friday nights from 6pm following the Net-Set-Go at 5pm.
C grade had another tough game but were able to put together some good passages of play and are now working to get the consistency needed to get the score on the board.
B grade fought hard all game with a great third quarter, winning it 10 goals to three, but eventually going down by eight goals.
A grade went down by 30 goals, but from the sideline it looked to be much closer.
The girls are playing well as a team and are all putting in a consistent effort.
