While the township of Coleambally was in a standstill due to a planned electricity interruption, the Coleambally Ladies Bowling Club played their Triples Championship on a slightly sluggish green.
Liz Schliebs played some brilliant shots to see her team take out a 21-11 win to claim the title.
The winning team consisted of Schliebs, Anne Robinson and Evelyn Coster (skip).
