The Roosters went into the semi-final round with form under their belt as they notched up impressive wins over the Hay Magpies and the Yenda Bluheelers.
This form didn’t translate into a win in the semi-finals though.
They went up against a tough Yanco-Wamoon Hawks side.
They fought until the end but eventually went down.
The Hawks would end up beating the Bluheelers in the grand final
The Roosters youngsters were also in action earlier on the day.
Unfortunately for the club, they too had no success in their endeavours.
They took on a Bluheelers side they beat 34-2 in the first day of action.
It was Yenda’s day however as they got the good over the Roosters 18-10.
They too were eventually crowned grand final winners.
