Cypress View Lodge is looking for volunteer drivers to assist with taking their residents and clients to appointments.
Cypress View Lodge is looking for volunteer drivers to assist with taking their residents and clients to appointments.
Many of the appointments and outings that the residents of Cypress View attend are outside of Coleambally and drivers are needed to get them there.
Volunteering in this way is a good way to not only assist the pioneers of the community but also get to know them and thank them for the contribution they have made throughout their lives.
Drivers will be provided with a car and meal allowance.
All that is required of you is your time. All drivers will be required to provide a copy of their licence and to undertake a simple check online as well as a police check which will be organised through Cypress View.
It is hoped that with a large pool of volunteers the workload will be shared and each individual will not be expected to give up too much of their valuable time.
