DARLINGTON Point artist Kerri Weymouth helped Pioneer residents create a community mural at Raphael Park recently.
About 40 people attended the day and Weymouth created a simple background over the length of fence which covered up graffiti. Attendees placed their hand print on the fence. Weymouth worked wiht the children to develop their own paintings and hopes to add more to the mural at a later date. The community has called on an organisation to take on the Alma Bamblett Community Centre.
