Operation Safe Arrival
Drivers are being urged to arrive safely at their destinations as police prepare for their annual Christmas blitz.
Double demerit points will apply from Friday, December 16 to Monday, January 2 during Operation Safe Arrival.
The operation aims to reduce death and injury during a traditionally busy time of year on NSW roads.
Police will be out in force targeting dangerous and illegal driving in the hopes everyone arrives safely.
