Male and female charged after failing to leave premises
Two people have been charged by police after failing to leave a licensed premises on December 23.
At around 7.50pm on Friday night a 43-year-old male and 36-year-old female were requested to leave the premises.
It is alleged the male then threw a metal bar stool and punched the licencee a couple of times before patrons intervened.
Both the 36-year-old female and the 43-year-old male have both been charged with assault and fail to quit licensed premises.
