Women bowlers battle pennants
LSC Women's bowling, Griffith Exies/Coleambally, Ladies Bowling Clubs and the L&D women participated in the 2017 Murrumbidgee District Pennants.
L&D had a bye in the first round and LCS came up against Griffith Exies/Coleambally and this was a tied game.
In the return match LSC won one game and Griffith Exies/Coleambally won the match.
LSC played L&D withSoldiers winning the day. In the rematch LSC again won.
Matches between L&D and Griffith Exies/Coleambally who again played well winning the day against L&D.
The rematch saw Griffith/Coleambally again playing very good bowls against L&D taking the win.
The winners of the Murrumbidgee District Pennants for 2017 were Griffith Exies/Coleambally with 15.5 points, LSC on 10.5 points and L&D, four points.
