The Coleambally Club was formed at the beginning of 2017 by Rebecca Boag, and over the months found competitive and local success.
By the end of the year around 25 girls and women had become involved.
While she didn’t expect the school to become so popular so quickly, Ms Boag says the sport offers something for everyone.
“They say Physi is fitness, fun and friendships for all ages. We could go from age two to 102. It’s great, low-impact exercise,” she said.

The sport’s ever-growing popularity and demand have lead Ms Boag to establish a second school in Jerilderie.
