If you are on the electoral roll for the Murrumbidgee East Ward in Murrumbidgee Council, you must vote.
Here’s what you need to know:
For voters who are unable to make it to the polling place on 10 March, pre-poll is an option in the lead up to the by-election.
For voters who are unable to make it to the booths on March 10, pre-poll is an option in the lead-up to the by-election.
You can vote early, in person, from Monday, February 26 until Friday March 9 at the Returning Officer’s office, 39 Brolga Place, Coleambally.

Pre-poll voting hours are:
9:00am – 5:00pm February 26 to Thursday March 8 9:00am – 6:00pm, Friday, March 9.
Pre-poll is closed 12:30pm-1:30pm daily
Postal vote applications must be received at the NSW Electoral Commission Head Office by 5pm on Monday, March 5.

Coleambally Central School on Kingfisher Avenue will act as the designated polling place on March 10, with the venue open from 8am to 6pm on the day.
