A double to Dillon Bartter and a try each to Kyle Charles, Michael Douglas and Jack Mead saw the Roosters pick up a much-needed win if they are to have any chance of reaching the finals.
For the Greens, tries came from Jayke Stevenson, Jordan Demarzo and James Flood as they missed a chance to climb up the ladder and stay within a win of fifth position.
The result means that Leeton will remain in seventh on 12 points while DPC keeps their mathematical chances of reaching the finals alive.
They now sit on seven points which is seven behind the fifth-placed Black and Whites, so the Roosters would need to win the rest of their games and hope other results go their way.
