Recently the girls and ladies travel to Sydney to compete in the Champion Girl and Teams Competition. Savannah McKinnon, Hannah Vremaric, Chloe Boldiston, Abbey Muir, Grace Muir, Isabel Mannes and Linda Clarke, combined with girls from the Jerilderie Physie Club to enter teams.
The 7/8year team consisting of Savannah McKinnon, Hannah Vremaric, Chloe Boldiston and Abbey Muir came 3rd in a very tough section.
Rebecca Boag in the ladies team joined with other ladies from Jerilderie to form an Elementary Ladies team, who came 3rd against some very tough competition. The ladies also competed in Champion Lady which saw Boag come 3rd.
Last weekend Claire Boag attended the State Finals, which is the top 24 girls in the state competing for a spot at the Grand Finals held Sydney Town Hall. Although she did not gain a place, she worked wonderfully and the club is very proud of her efforts.
The group would like to thank the sponsors for their support during the year and look forward to starting up again in February 2019.
