The Panthers were able to make a strong start with Bianca Sutton getting over the line before Leeton's Ua Ravu made the instant reply after making a strong break to dive across the line to make it 6-6.
Lily Belle Misiloi then found her way across the line to restore the advantage for the Panthers after punching through the Greens defensive line to give her side the 12-6 lead approaching the interval.
The Greens reduce the gap right on the halftime siren as Anna Poulsen was able to get over in the corner too but with the unsuccessful conversion the Leeton side trailed 12-10 at the break.
With seven minutes to go in the second half, Ashleigh Harris was able to wrap up the win for the Black and Whites as they came away with an 18-10 victory.
The Black and Whites now sit alone at the top of the table with the only other undefeated side Yanco-Wamoon having the bye last weekend.

A hat-trick to Takira Charles and two tries to Mackenna Clarke got their side into a strong position while a try each to Tommi Booth and Amity Loxley helping their side pick up a 38-10 victory over the Roosters with Carissa Bellato scoring twice for DPC.
West Wyalong was able to pick up their first points of the season after defeating Yenda 24-12 at Ron Crowe Oval. It was Yenda who made a fast start with Melissa Baquero getting across before Caitlin Kelly, and Kady Amarant gave their side a 10-6 lead at the break.
West Wyalong picked up where they left off in the second half with Jessica Butcher scoring her first before Amarant crossed for her second before Yenda hit back through Kayla Panazzolo. Kelly wrapped up the win for West Wyalong with her second to see them come away with the 12-point victory.
In the final game, Hay was able to come away with a narrow 16-10 win over Waratahs thanks to tries from Luci Lugsdin, Lily Huntly and Jessie Carter while Nancy Tale and Sophie Maher scored for the Waratahs.
