Coleambally will start the celebrations at 8am with a free breakfast hosted by the Lions Club at John McInnes Square, before Australia Day ambassador Warren Potent and Murrumbidgee Council mayor Ruth McRae kick off proceedings at 9am.
Darlington Point will host a lunch at 11.45am at CWA Park before Jerilderie wraps up the day at 6.30pm with celebrations at Luke Park and Lake Jerilderie, with fireworks expected at 9.45pm.
Councillor Ruth McRae said Australia Day marks a chance to grow as an inclusive nation.
"I encourage all members of our community to come along and celebrate our strong identity, sense of community and all the many great things of being an Australian," Cr McRae said.
"It's also a day to reflect on our terrific sense of community, where we all support each other in times of our greatest challenges.
"This is none more evident than with the latest bushfires and also the ongoing drought."
