As of 8am on March 31, there are a total of 35 cases within the Murrumbidgee Local Health District area, with three of those cases within the Murrumbidgee local government area.
The first case in the LGA was confirmed on March 28, with two cases confirmed in the first instance while the third case was confirmed on March 30.
Murrumbidgee mayor Ruth McRae urged the community to follow the rules and advice put into place.
"We need a whole-of-community response to the virus," Councillor McRae said.
"We can all make a difference by practicing the recommended hygiene routines, social distancing and restricting movement in public to essential requirements.
"If anyone is feeling overwhelmed with the crisis, I encourage you to reach out for support to one of the many support groups as this is a very anxious time in our lives."
The cases come as Murrumbidgee Council move to close a number of community and council facilities to remain in-line with regulations.
The Coleambally office was closed following a regular meeting of council on March 24, while the Darlington Point and Jerilderie offices have been limited to exclusively banking transactions and development applications between 9am and 12pm Monday to Friday - which must be arranged prior to the visit.

Community halls, skate parks, playgrounds and public barbecue areas have also been shut, while a planned Youth Week trip to Griffith has also been canned.
Cr McRae said while council recognises the facilities being shut are important to the community, it was a necessary choice to help reduce the impact of the virus.
"It's really important we continue to look after ourselves throughout this period," Cr McRae said.
"It's also important we reach out to friends, families and neighbours to make sure they're okay during this very unsettling time.
"This is particularly important for people that don't have any support around them."
Anyone with banking needs in Darlington Point who normally heads to the Darlington Point office is encouraged to contact Sue Mitchell on 0407 786 226, while anyone with urgent service issues or requests in Coleambally or Darlington Point is encouraged to contact Shane Curphey on 0427 684 166.
