The Murrumbidgee Police District is appealing for information following a motorcycle accident in Darlington Point on Saturday.

A 62-year-old man was riding his bike along Whitton Darlington Point road when he crashed, just east of Kooba Street. The man suffered serious head injuries and was later found by a passing motorist.
He has been taken to Wagga Base Hospital for treatment of internal injuries, that are not considered life-threatening.

It's currently unknown what caused the accident, but specialist forensic police have examined the crime scene. Police are now asking members of the public who might have witnessed the event or had dashcam footage to get in contact.
