A second monkeypox case has been confirmed in South Australia in a man who recently returned from overseas.

SA Health says the man is currently isolating at home while two close contacts have been told to get a monkeypox vaccine.
There is no threat to the wider community.
SA's first monkeypox case was detected in June, also in a returned traveller.
The state received its first 900 doses of the vaccine last week with another 7000 expected later this year and 5500 in early 2023.
