Coleambally will be holding the Teachers Tradies and Townies games for the second year.
Nine teams entered the events last year and organiser Catherine DeMamiel is hopeful of doubling that number.
“The thing about last year was people weren’t sure what to expect,” she said.
“After the events were finished everyone said they enjoyed the day and would be telling people to get involved in the next event.
“The original thought was to drive tourism to Coly. We may not have much but the one thing we do have is great sporting facilities that we can take advantage of.”

For those looking to get involved on the day there will be plenty of sports on offer with 11 choices such as golf, tennis, squash, touch and cricket.
