Simon Mackie has been selected to take part in the 20-man squad for the Murrumbidgee Rangers Plan B Regional Bash side to play later in the month.

Coach of the side Peter Learmonth said he was pleased with the level of talent on show across the field.
“I felt the trials went really well,” he said.
“There is a lot of good young talent from the area and it made for some tough decisions.
“I felt that everyone that took part in the trials showed something for the selectors to take into account.”
The majority of the team are coming from the Griffith competition, with the side to be captained by Haydn Pascoe.
The Murrumbidgee Rangers get their campaign under way when they take on Wagga Wagga Sloggers at Exies No 1 Oval in Griffith on October 30 starting at 2pm.
