Council have appointed Red Belly Landscape Architecture to create the Draft Master Plan for Coleambally.
Land between Kingfisher Avenue and Brolga Place are said to be the point of focus, with the proposed Sporting Precinct also being considered.
The redesign is being led by Murrumbidgee Council in collaboration with the Coleambally Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc.

Murrumbidgee Council manager Craig Moffitt said a meeting with the consultant was conducted recently.
“The main aim of this Master Plan is to guide the town centre improvement works to enhance and future proof the town centre as the economic, social and cultural hub of the Coleambally Township,” he said.
“It’s important that we develop a creative and engaging Master Plan which speaks to and captivates multiple audiences.”
Concept ideas will be discussed in mid-December, with a draft to be submitted to council in February.
