Tries to David Milne and Gospel Toru gave the home side the lead before the Roosters hit back through Joshua Veivers.
With ten minutes remaining in the first half, the Panthers were able to score twice within two minutes as Jake Johns, and Ziggie Vincent found their way to the line the give their side a 24-6 lead at the break.
The Roosters needed to respond quickly, and while they did score first after halftime through Morgan Punchard, it wasn’t enough to swing the momentum in their favour.
Vincent was able to complete his hat-trick while Damien Bell also crossed to give the Black and Whites their biggest win of the season as they look to give themselves the best opportunity of defending their title.
They have leapfrogged West Wyalong into fifth and are also level with Leeton on 10 points after the first nine rounds.
