A man with a southern cross tattoo on his neck allegedly stole a 2004 white Stacer boat on a silver boat trailer from Uri Street in Darlington Point at around 1am on Sunday.

A witness saw the boat being towed out of Darlington Point by a white dual cab utility, and at around 2am he was spotted making a quick pit stop at Jerilderie BP for a chocolate milk.
He was caught on the service station’s CCTV cameras, but police have not yet tracked the man down.
The boat’s owners Kim Webb and Scott Saunders are offering a reward for anyone that can help bring the boat thief to justice.
Police are also asking anyone with information to call Griffith Police on 6969 4299 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
