Ben Jeffery lead the way for the Roosters picking up two tries while Drew Hopwood, Sam Bartter, Brad Lyons, Jarrad Williams and Josh Veivers all cross for a try each to help their side pick up their first points of the season.
Ethan Williams, coach Sterling Ross and Corey Loftus were the try scorers for the Sharks as they continue to search for their first victory of the season as they enter the Easter break.
The sides traded tries early before the Roosters scored three unanswered to take a 20-4 lead. The Sharks were able to trade tries in the late stages of the game but were never able to overcome the deficit to see the DPC side come away with the 20-point win.
After the Easter break, the Roosters will make the long trip to Hay while the Sharks will return home to take on Yanco-Wamoon.
